  How do I connect Everfit to my AI client?

  You connect through Vinkius. Once connected, you will need to provide your Everfit API Key, which you can find in your Everfit business settings.

  Can I use this with Claude or Cursor?

  Yes, this MCP works with any MCP-compatible client, including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.

  What kind of data can my agent access?

  Your agent can access client profiles, fitness metrics, workout plans, daily habit tracking, trainer lists, and business account metadata.

  Do I need to manually update my AI after client changes?

  No. The MCP pulls live data from the Everfit API, so your agent always has access to the most recent information.

  Is my Everfit API key secure?

  Yes, Vinkius manages your credentials and keeps them secure while hosting the MCP.

  How do I get an Everfit API Key?

  Log in to your Everfit Business dashboard, navigate to Settings > API Integration, and you can generate or retrieve your unique API Key from there. API access usually requires a specific coaching plan.

  Can the agent update workout results?

  This integration currently focuses on listing and auditing clients, workouts, and tasks. Logging actual workout results (reps, weight) or completing tasks should be managed via the Everfit mobile app by the client or trainer.

  Yes, you can use the list_client_daily_tasks and get_client_performance_metrics capabilities to retrieve the latest recorded data and completion status for any client.
