How to Use the AEGIS Hedging MCP in Cline
Cline builds your risk reports by pulling live data from AEGIS Hedging directly into your VS Code files.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect AEGIS Hedging MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect AEGIS Hedging to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline manages your trade portfolio
Tell Cline to audit your positions, and it uses `list_trades` to fetch every active hedge. It writes the data into your project files so you can run local tests. This setup removes the need for manual record keeping. Cline grabs what it needs and organizes the results in your file explorer.
Cline calculates MTM valuations instantly
Trigger `get_valuations` to see current market values. Cline imports these figures into your code, allowing you to build custom dashboards or alerts based on live numbers. It handles the data fetching while you focus on the logic. You see the diffs in your IDE as soon as the agent pulls the latest values.
Analyze market curves inside Cline
Use `get_forward_curves` to feed market data into your predictive scripts. Cline reads the output and updates your local models without requiring you to switch tabs. It keeps your workspace synced with current market conditions. When you need to test a new hedging strategy, the data is already waiting in your buffer.
