Connect Agify MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Agify to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Single Demographic Lookups
The `predict_age` tool accepts a first name and returns the statistical age for that specific string. You trigger this when writing logic that requires demographic fallbacks or testing user profile generation. Cursor can run this MCP tool in Agent mode while you work. If you need to generate mock data for a database schema, the editor pulls real age statistics based on the names you specify instead of inserting random integers.
Batch Processing for Seed Data
The `predict_age_batch` tool takes an array of first names and fetches the corresponding ages in a single network call. You use this when writing database seeders or migration scripts that need realistic demographic distributions. Your AI client writes the code and populates the arrays simultaneously. You highlight a list of user names in your fixture file, and the agent replaces the empty age fields with statistically accurate data pulled directly from the API.
Workspace-Level MCP Server Config
Adding the `predict_age` tools to your workspace happens entirely inside your project root. You create an mcp.json file in the .cursor directory and paste the Vinkius URL. This setup keeps the tools scoped to the specific project that needs them. When you switch to a different repository, the agent stops trying to guess ages unless you explicitly configure the server there too.
