Cline builds and deploys static assets to S3
The `put_object` tool integrates with Cline to automate your deployment pipelines. This MCP Server makes it fast. When you tell Cline to build a production bundle, it compiles your React app, reads the build folder, and uploads every file. Cline doesn't just stop at uploading. It runs `get_bucket_policy` to make sure your static site is publicly readable, updating the policy autonomously if it finds restrictive permissions.
Complete bucket lifecycle management inside VS Code
The `create_bucket` tool lets Cline provision brand new storage environments as it writes your backend code. If your new feature requires a dedicated upload bucket, Cline spins it up, updates your local `.env` files, and checks the setup. When you tear down features, Cline uses `delete_bucket` to clean up. It safely lists files first with `list_objects` to ensure you aren't deleting active user data.
Direct S3 metadata and ACL audits via Cline
The `get_bucket_acl` tool exposes your bucket permissions directly to Cline's context window using this MCP utility. Cline analyzes the ACL data to flag security vulnerabilities, such as public write access on sensitive buckets. If it finds a vulnerability, Cline alerts you and suggests policy updates. It uses `get_object_metadata` to check that individual files inside the bucket inherit the correct security headers.
