How to Use the AntEater MCP in Cursor
Generate code using real-time team activity and contact profiles directly inside Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect AntEater MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect AntEater to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject live contact data into your Cursor workspace
Writing integration tests with fake user data is a waste of time. Let Cursor run `list_contacts` to pull real, active contact profiles straight into your active file. The editor uses `search_contacts` to find specific client records. You end up with accurate mock data based on actual production shapes instead of guessing.
Track active developer status with this MCP Server
Knowing who wrote a buggy line of code is only half the battle. Use `get_user_activity` inside Cursor to see what your teammate is currently working on before you ping them. This MCP Server helps you coordinate merges by checking `list_recent_activity` first. Your coding agent can draft a Slack message to them based on their latest commits.
Debug API connections using Cursor Agent mode
When your integration fails, you do not have to guess if the API is down. Ask your editor to execute `check_anteater_status` to verify the endpoint is responding. Cursor reads the status payload directly. If the connection is broken, the editor suggests the correct configuration fixes instantly.
