Connect Anthropic Alternative MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Anthropic Alternative to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Run raw Claude queries inside your Cursor agent
The `send_message` tool embeds raw Anthropic API access directly into your Cursor agent mode. It lets your editor query specific model variants fetched by `list_models` to test code generation prompts on the spot. Your agent uses this direct connection to compare model outputs or test system prompts using this MCP Server. You get immediate code suggestions based on live API responses instead of stale training data.
Queue up massive code refactoring batches
The `create_batch_message` tool lets Cursor push thousands of code-writing prompts to Anthropic at a fraction of the cost. Your agent manages the batch queue, leaving your editor responsive while the remote servers write your code. Tracking the progress is handled via `get_batch_message` to monitor successful outputs. If a prompt bug is spotted mid-run, `cancel_batch_message` kills the batch to save your API credits.
Measure code context weight before calling the API
The `count_tokens` tool on this MCP Server analyzes the exact token size of your local code files before you send them to Anthropic. It counts the input tokens against your target model limits directly in the Cursor sidebar. This prevents your editor from throwing context-limit errors during deep codebase searches. You know the exact cost of your prompt before committing to the API call.
