Connect API Design Prover MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect API Design Prover to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Real-time schema checks in the Cursor editor
Calling the `validate_api_design` tool inside Cursor lets you check your HTTP structures in real-time. The tool stops the Cursor agent from generating controllers with missing response envelopes. You get clean, validated code injected directly into your active editor workspace.
Enforce strict pagination rules in Cursor Agent
Running the `validate_api_design` tool inside Cursor forces the editor to define strict page caps before generating database code. By running this check in your workspace, the agent catches unbounded list queries. It ensures your Cursor-generated API controllers enforce maximum page limits out of the box.
Catch missing versioning policies in Cursor
Triggering the `validate_api_design` tool inside Cursor stops you from building unversioned endpoints that break frontend clients. If Cursor attempts to write code for an unversioned route, the MCP Server flags it as a design flaw. The editor then rewrites the route with proper versioning before saving the file.
