Connect AppFollow MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect AppFollow to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build rating dashboards with Cline
The `get_ratings_history` tool feeds historical star data straight into your VS Code environment. You tell Cline to build a React component that visualizes app rating trends, and it fetches the actual AppFollow JSON payload to mock up the chart. Cline doesn't stop at the data fetch. It uses `get_ratings` to grab current distribution metrics, writes the frontend code to display the breakdown, and stages the commit. You get a working dashboard populated with real store data.
Automate bug triage from user feedback
The `list_reviews` tool pulls raw user complaints from the App Store or Google Play directly into your editor. When a new crash spikes, you ask Cline to find one-star reviews from the last 24 hours mentioning the issue. After fetching the raw text, Cline runs `get_reviews_ai_summary` to categorize the specific bugs users are hitting. It can then generate a markdown report or even scaffold out the initial Jira tickets in your workspace based on that feedback.
Track store charts via AppFollow MCP Server
The `get_rankings` tool extracts current chart positions across different categories and countries. Cline calls this endpoint to check if your latest app update pushed you higher in the productivity charts. You can instruct the agent to write a Node script that hits `get_app_info` and logs your daily chart position. Cline writes the script, tests the API call, and saves the file, giving you a custom tracking tool in minutes.
