…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect AskHandle MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect AskHandle to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Auto-respond to AskHandle rooms with Cascade
The `send_message` tool lets Cascade post replies directly to your active chat rooms. Cascade reads incoming messages via `list_messages`, pulls context from `retrieve_room`, and writes responses without waiting for your permission. You set the support goal once. Cascade handles the back-and-forth, looking up room histories and keeping conversations moving while you focus on other files.
Turn chat conversations into CRM leads
Using `create_lead`, Cascade extracts contact details from ongoing AskHandle chats and saves them instantly. The agent scans the room text, identifies email addresses or phone numbers, and builds the lead profile. You don't have to copy-paste data between windows anymore. Cascade coordinates `list_rooms` and `retrieve_lead` to ensure you never log duplicate contacts in your system.
Real-time event routing via Windsurf MCP Server
The `create_webhook` tool registers HTTP endpoints to track live chat events as they happen. Cascade configures these webhooks to alert external services whenever a new room opens or a message arrives. If a webhook becomes obsolete, Cascade runs `delete_webhook` to clean up your active list. This keeps your external support pipelines clean and synchronized with zero manual configuration.
