How to Use the Attio MCP in Cline

Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Attio MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Attio to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline creates Attio records
Use `create_record` to add companies or leads to your pipeline. Cline parses your input and pushes the data to the correct object type. `list_objects` helps Cline find the right schema before it writes anything. This ensures your CRM records match your internal structure.
Manage Attio lists via Cline
Cline calls `list_lists` to see your current CRM views. It then uses `get_list_entries` to bring that data into your coding environment. This makes it easy to build dashboards or tools that rely on live sales data. Cline does the heavy lifting of fetching and formatting.
Verify Attio status in Cline
Run `check_attio_status` to ensure your connection is healthy. Cline checks this before attempting any write operation. If the API is down, the agent notifies you immediately. It prevents failed tasks and keeps your workflow moving.
