Connect Attio MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Attio to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build UIs from Your Attio Data
This is what makes Cline different. Tell it: "Build a React component that lists all active deals from Attio." Cline uses the `query_records` tool to fetch the live data, then writes the actual component file, complete with imports and props. It gets the details right because it can prepare first. Before writing code, Cline can use `list_objects` and `list_attributes` to understand your Attio schema. This means the code it generates maps directly to your data structures, saving you a ton of debugging time.
Script CRM Data Management Tasks
You can use Cline to write scripts for bulk data operations. Give it a CSV of new leads and say, "Write a script to import these into Attio." Cline will generate the code that iterates through the list and calls `create_record` for each one. This isn't just a blind import. You can instruct Cline to add logic, like using `query_records` to first check if a contact with the same email already exists. This MCP Server gives your agent the tools to write smarter, more careful data-management scripts.
Write and Run Tests with Your Cline MCP Server
Stop testing against mock data. With this server, you can tell Cline, "Write a test to confirm our function correctly updates a deal's stage in Attio." Cline will write the test file for you. It works by using `get_record` to fetch a real deal, running the update, then calling `get_record` again to confirm the change was written to your Attio database. Cline closes the loop between your code and your live data, so you know your functions work in the real world.
