How to Use the Aventri MCP in Windsurf
Windsurf manages your Aventri event data and contact records with autonomous multi-step tool chaining.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Aventri MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Aventri to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate Aventri event workflows in Windsurf
Cascade reads your requirements and executes chains of operations across your account. You point it at an event, and it uses `list_events` or `search_events` to locate the right ID before triggering `clone_event` to spin up your next session. Stop clicking through menus to duplicate your work. Cascade handles the heavy lifting by passing data between tools so you can focus on the event strategy instead of manual data entry.
Keep contact records current with an MCP Server
Your agent maintains your database integrity by running `get_contact` or `list_contacts` to find specific attendees. If you need to refresh info, it triggers `update_contact` without you writing a single line of boilerplate code. It handles the logic of checking who is in the system before acting. You just tell Windsurf what state you want your contacts in, and the server maps those requests to the correct API calls.
Manage speakers and registration data
Registering guests and tracking presenters happens directly from your chat window. The agent calls `create_speaker` or `get_speaker` to verify credentials while using `add_pre_approved` to manage guest lists. This keeps your event logistics tightly coupled with your development environment. You get real-time visibility into your speaker roster without leaving your active workspace.
