Live Accounting Context inside Cursor
The `get_invoice` tool pulls raw JSON payloads from your billing database into your active editor. Your agent reads the exact schema of your paid bills instead of relying on outdated API documentation. This lets you write integration code that works on the first run. You avoid the typical cycle of guessing payload structures. This MCP tool integration ensures your editor knows exactly what fields your database returns.
Automated Client Onboarding
The `create_party` tool registers new customers directly from your workspace. When you build sign-up flows, your agent tests the registration logic by running actual API calls. You can also use `list_parties` to verify that the new entries match your database. This setup turns your editor into a live testing ground. You write, test, and debug your customer onboarding logic without leaving your code file.
Building Financial Dashboards with the Billit MCP Server
The `list_expenses` tool retrieves your company's outbound transactions for immediate analysis. If you are building an internal admin panel, the agent uses this tool to populate UI components with real data. You can pair this with `list_products` to map expenses against your current catalog. Having access to live financial endpoints makes prototyping dashboard views incredibly fast. You see how actual numbers fit into your layouts before pushing to staging.
