Build trading logic in Cursor with live market data
This Binance MCP Server lets Cursor inspect live exchange conditions while writing your custom trading scripts. The editor invokes `get_ticker_price` to fetch real-time valuations and inserts actual market prices directly into your test assertions. Instead of writing mock objects, your agent pulls live prices to verify your calculations. This ensures your math matches actual market conditions before you run your code.
Validate order constraints and exchange rules
The server exposes `get_exchange_info` to retrieve active trading pairs, minimum order sizes, and price filters. Cursor queries these live constraints to write validation logic that prevents bad API requests. Your agent reads the exact filters for price, quantity, and notional values directly from the exchange. You write error-handling code that matches current exchange requirements without looking up API docs.
Analyze execution flow using raw trade data
The MCP Server uses `get_trades` and `get_agg_trades` to feed raw execution histories directly to your Cursor agent. It also uses `get_klines` to pull historical OHLCV data for backtesting. Cursor uses these historical candles and trade lists to run local simulations of your trading strategies. You see how your logic performs against actual market prints without leaving your editor.
