Headless Playlist Management in Claude Code

Claude Code lets you manage your media distribution pipelines directly from the command line. You can pipe terminal outputs into the agent, which then runs `create_playlist` or updates existing ones using `get_playlist` without opening a browser. Feeding a list of video IDs from a local text file directly to the agent lets you build targeted distribution feeds on the fly. This terminal-first approach allows you to script complex media workflows.

Terminal-Based Library Auditing

Running quick audits of your media assets is fast when you don't need a GUI. This MCP Server lets you query your account metrics using `get_video_count` and list your directory structures with `list_folders` directly from your shell. The agent can filter these results using standard UNIX pipes. If you need to find empty directories, the agent combines `get_folder_videos` with shell utilities to output clean, actionable text lists.

Automated Video Metadata Patching

When you need to patch video tags or descriptions in bulk, you can run a quick command via the MCP connection. The agent pulls the existing metadata with `get_video` and applies your edits using `update_video` in seconds. If your script identifies deprecated assets that are no longer needed, the agent can clean them up using `delete_video`. This keeps your media storage lean and automated via your existing CI/CD pipelines.
