How to Use the Brokermint MCP in Cursor
Bring your Brokermint real estate data into your IDE with the Cursor editor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Brokermint MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Brokermint to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Query Brokermint data inside Cursor
Feed live transaction details into your code context. By using `list_transactions` and `get_transaction`, the AI reads your actual deal history instead of guessing. This connects your logic to real-world outcomes. You can write scripts that process commission structures using `list_commissions` as the source of truth.
Automate contact entry in Cursor
Sync your lead generation code with your database. The `create_contact` tool lets your agent add records based on input parsed from your files or chat prompts. Searching for existing records is just as easy. You can use `list_contacts` to find specific entries and reference them in your build process.
Track team activity in Cursor
Keep your development environment aware of your agents. Use `list_users` to pull your team roster directly into your project logic. You can verify account settings with `get_account_info` before running automation tasks. It ensures your code interacts with the right environment every time.
