…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Buffer MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Buffer to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Programmatic queue management in Cursor
This MCP toolset uses `list_pending_posts` and `modify_pending_post` to let your editor inspect and update your queue. Your agent writes code that interacts with these endpoints and tests them with live data. You do not have to copy-paste mock payloads. The agent pulls actual pending posts from your account so you can see exactly how your UI handles real data.
Verify API health and connection states
The MCP server relies on `get_api_status` and `test_buffer_auth` to verify that your development environment connects to the API. Your agent checks these statuses to debug connection issues before you commit code. Instead of guessing why an API call failed, run a quick check through your agent. It identifies credential issues in seconds, keeping your workspace clean.
Fetch live profile details during development
You can query active accounts using `list_social_profiles` and `get_profile_details` to populate your local database schemas. Your agent reads the profile structures directly to generate accurate TypeScript types. This eliminates manual schema writing. The agent gets the exact payload format from your live profiles and builds your data models to match.
