How to Use the CAMB.AI MCP in Cursor
Build media localization pipelines by letting Cursor test CAMB.AI MCP Server endpoints live.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect CAMB.AI MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect CAMB.AI to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write audio logic with Cursor
Writing audio integration code blind leads to broken apps. Agent mode fixes this by executing the actual API calls while you type. Your editor becomes a live testing environment. Ask the interface to write a text-to-speech function. It will fire `create_tts` in the background, grab the real response format via `get_tts_result`, and write typed code that matches the actual payload.
Manage custom voice models
Hardcoding speaker IDs for voice cloning is a terrible practice. Your editor can now fetch the exact identifiers you need directly from the source. No more copy-pasting UUIDs from a web dashboard. Triggering `list_cloned_voices` pulls your custom roster into the context window. If you need a new one, the agent can test `create_voice_clone` and immediately insert the fresh ID into your configuration file.
Test the CAMB.AI MCP Server locally
Building asynchronous media pipelines gets complicated fast. Having your AI client handle the polling logic saves hours of debugging. You can focus on the core product instead of writing retry loops. Script a full localization flow where the editor calls `create_dubbing`. It then writes the exact while-loop you need by inspecting the actual JSON returned by `get_job_status`.
