End-to-End Asset Workflows in VS Code
Cline builds the frontend and now it handles the graphics too. When you need placeholder images for a new dashboard, it triggers `create_design` to generate the exact dimensions you require. You just watch the diffs roll in. The agent can pull the resulting mockups by running `list_designs` to grab the IDs and thumbnails, keeping your project moving without opening a browser tab.
Direct Canva MCP Server Integration
Stop manually downloading assets from your marketing team. Direct your agent to fetch the latest branded materials. It uses `list_templates` to find the right corporate layout. If a specific graphic is ready for production, Cline runs `export_design`. It specifies JPEG or PNG, waits for the job to finish using `get_export`, and drops the URL right into your workspace.
Automated Workspace Cleanup
Stale images cause confusion during development. Your agent can audit your uploaded media by running `list_assets` to see exactly what lives in your storage pipeline. Once it identifies old drafts, it cleans house. Executing `delete_asset` permanently removes the junk, while `upload_asset` pushes the newest iterations straight from your local repository.
