How to Use the Chargebee MCP in Cursor
Write code that handles real Chargebee customer data and subscriptions directly inside Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Chargebee MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Chargebee to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Test live billing logic against actual plans
The `get_subscription_details` tool extracts the exact pricing arrays you need to write subscription code inside Cursor. You don't have to guess the plan math or write fake mock data. Your Cursor agent uses `list_subscriptions` to pull real cloud logging limits. This lets you debug your app's paywall logic using the exact active subscription states of your users.
Build customer sign-up flows using this MCP Server
The `create_customer` tool provisions a valid customer record in your Chargebee database while you build your onboarding flow. You can test your backend payload directly in the editor. Once the customer exists, the MCP Server uses `list_catalog_items` to pull your product mapping. Cursor can then write the exact integration code needed to link your database to Chargebee.
Debug payment interfaces on the fly
The `generate_hosted_checkout` tool dispatches a payment UI link so you can preview the checkout flow you are coding. You don't have to manually click through your app to trigger a checkout. If you need to test unpaid states, `list_invoices` brings up structured billing rules. Your agent can read these rules to write edge-case handlers for failed payments.
