Connect Checkbook.io MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Checkbook.io to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build Payment Flows Inside Cursor
The `list_checkbook_checks` and `get_checkbook_profile` tools expose your ledger through this MCP Server. Agent mode reads the live JSON response and writes parsing logic based on real API structures instead of guessing. Mocking financial endpoints wastes hours of development time. Your AI client hits the actual ledger, sees exactly how the arrays are formatted, and generates typed interfaces that compile on the first try.
Execute Checkbook.io MCP Server Tools
Triggering `send_digital_check` from your IDE lets you verify your payment logic without leaving the codebase. You ask the agent to fire off a test payment, and it handles the payload construction. Switching windows to check if a transaction went through breaks your focus. Cursor runs the script, confirms the check was created, and updates your source code with the resulting transaction ID.
Code Against Active Subscriptions
Running `list_recurring_payments` pulls your active billing schedules directly into your current workspace. The agent uses those active records to generate migration scripts or test your webhook handlers. Getting real subscription data means your database seeding scripts reflect production reality. You tell the editor to build a dashboard, and it uses your actual billing intervals to populate the UI components.
