You ask about a specific customer, and the agent runs `search_contacts` using their phone number to pull up the exact record. The results appear without opening another browser tab. If a lead needs to drop into a new drip campaign, tell Claude to fix it. The model fires `apply_tag` to attach the right segmentation label, which triggers your Chiirp automation sequences in the background.

Set up Chiirp MCP in Claude Web or Desktop

Open Claude Settings

Go to claude.ai, click your profile icon, then navigate to Customize → Connectors.

Add Custom Connector

Click the "+" button and select Add custom connector. Paste your Vinkius endpoint URL: https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com. For OAuth-protected servers, expand Advanced settings to add credentials.

Open Claude Desktop Settings

Click the menu icon at the top-left corner, go to Settings → Developer → Edit Config. This opens claude_desktop_config.json in your default text editor.

Paste the Chiirp MCP configuration

Copy the JSON snippet on the right into the mcpServers object. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your endpoint token from cloud.vinkius.com.

Restart Claude Desktop

Close and reopen the application. Claude needs a full restart to load new MCPs — refreshing a conversation is not enough.

Open a new conversation. Click the 🔌 icon at the bottom of the message input. You should see tools listed under chiirp-mcp.

The MCP server knows how to verify its own connection. It runs `check_chiirp_status` before executing major contact updates to ensure the network is actually responding.

The client cannot build new sequences from scratch. It reads existing ones using `list_sequences` and moves contacts into them by running `apply_tag` on their profiles.

Vinkius isolates every request inside a V8 sandbox. When Claude pulls phone numbers and names via `get_contact`, that information lives entirely in memory and vanishes the second the session ends.
