Audit routing queues directly from Claude Code
`list_queues` dumps active round-robin groups directly into your terminal via the MCP connection. Claude Code pipes this raw array into local scripts to quickly check which sales reps are currently active in the rotation. The agent uses `get_queue_details` to inspect weight distributions without making you open a web browser. You get instant shell output detailing exact lead allocation across your sales team.
Manage Chili Piper schedules via the CLI
`list_meetings` exports active scheduling lists directly to your command line. Claude Code parses these rules to identify stale bookings or outdated calendar entries in your queue. You can instruct the agent to run `cancel_meeting` to immediately delete a specific scheduling block. It verifies the deletion by pulling the payload with `get_meeting_details` and printing the confirmation.
Script your Chili Piper router setups using this MCP Server
`list_routes` identifies the active Concierge rules governing your inbound lead flow. Claude Code uses this tool to export your routing logic into JSON files for version control. The agent cross-references these routes with live availability using `get_availability`. This lets you write shell scripts that alert your team when a route has no active reps available to take calls.
