How to Use the Classy.org MCP in Cursor
Build fundraising features in Cursor by injecting live Classy.org data directly into your code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Classy.org MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Classy.org to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code against live Classy.org data in Cursor
Stop guessing what your API responses look like while you code. Use `list_fundraising_teams` or `list_individual_fundraising_pages` to get actual data structures back in your editor. Cursor uses these live responses to help you write accurate code. You build features that work on the first try because you are using real production data, not placeholders.
Debug campaign logic in Cursor
Identify why a campaign might be underperforming by inspecting the data directly. Call `get_campaign_details` to verify that your logic handles complex campaign settings correctly. This gives you a tight loop between your code and the Classy.org backend. You fix bugs by observing how the API actually behaves rather than relying on stale documentation.
Automate supporter list management in Cursor
Write scripts that process your community data without leaving your IDE. `list_classy_members` provides the raw input your code needs to handle supporter segmentation. Your AI agent can now write functions that interact with your actual community database. It turns your editor into a command center for your fundraising operations.
