Connect Clipboard History Searcher MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Clipboard History Searcher to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cursor integration for clipboard search
Use the `search_clipboard_history` tool while you are writing code in Cursor. It turns your saved clipboard entries into immediate reference material. Your AI agent queries the history file to find that specific API key or function call you saved earlier. It drops the correct string into your active file.
Find snippets in your code editor
Cursor runs the tool to fetch data from your exported history files. You don't have to switch windows to find a previous copy. It parses your JSON or text logs in the background. The AI then presents the matched snippet for you to insert into your codebase.
Direct code insertion from history
The MCP server allows the agent to grab raw text from your history. This is useful when you have multiple versions of a function in your clipboard. Cursor reads the file and extracts the exact characters you need. You spend less time searching and more time building.
