How to Use the Common Paper MCP in Cursor
Connect Common Paper to Cursor. Inject live contract data into your codebase while you write.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Common Paper MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Common Paper to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Draft contracts directly from Cursor
Call `send_agreement` to initiate a contract request without leaving your editor. The AI uses the `get_template` tool to pull in the correct boilerplate for your specific needs. This keeps your workflow centered in the IDE. You don't have to jump to a web dashboard just to get a legal document sent out to a client.
Query Common Paper records in Cursor
Use `list_agreements` to bring your current contract list into your project context. The AI can then reference these details to write logic that depends on specific deal terms. It removes the need to copy-paste IDs or document summaries manually. You get raw access to your agreement data as part of your development environment.
Monitor contract events inside Cursor
Keep tabs on your business logic by checking webhooks with `list_webhooks`. If you need to stop an alert, just run `delete_webhook` right from your terminal or chat. This keeps your integration clean and manageable. You control every notification path from the same window where you edit your project code.
