How to Use the Cosmic (Headless CMS & Content API) MCP in Cursor
Inject live CMS content into your Cursor codebase without leaving the editor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Cosmic (Headless CMS & Content API) MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Cosmic (Headless CMS & Content API) to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live CMS data injection in Cursor
Stop hardcoding stubs for your frontend. Use `list_objects` to fetch real data from your bucket and let your agent write the components using actual production content. It bridges the gap between your CMS and your editor. You can push updates back to the server using `update_object` the moment your code is ready.
Manage media assets while coding
Your agent can now handle your image and asset pipeline. Use `list_media` to see what's available and `create_media` to upload new files during your build process. This keeps your media logic inside your development loop. No more context switching to the dashboard just to check a file URL.
Version control for your content
Track your content changes just like your code. The `list_revisions` tool lets your agent audit past states of any object. It makes debugging content-related issues trivial. You can compare state changes directly in the Cursor chat sidebar.
