Edit Crafter CMS schemas inside VS Code Copilot
`write_studio_xml` generates new page nodes and XML schemas directly inside your VS Code workspace. VS Code Copilot uses this tool to build structured content definitions that match your team's Git-based repository. Because the MCP configuration is committed to your repo, every developer on the team can generate schemas instantly. If you need to refactor your content tree, `wipe_studio_xml` drops old App nodes and database bytes. The `get_studio_tree` tool runs first to map out folder paths and prevent accidental deletions. This makes large-scale schema changes safer and easier to coordinate across your engineering team.
Query headless delivery via VS Code Copilot MCP Server
`execute_graphql_payload` lets your AI agent run live queries against the Crafter Engine directly from the chat panel. This lets you inspect GraphQL responses without leaving your main coding environment. You can quickly verify that your frontend queries match the content model defined in your CMS. When troubleshooting query boundaries, `get_site_config` retrieves the exact GraphQL URL limits. You can also run `search_crafter_delivery` to scan content arrays and verify image constraints. This keeps your entire development team aligned on API structures and live data schemas.
Deploy live changes from VS Code Copilot
`publish_crafter_content` triggers the workflow migration that moves Studio changes to your live Delivery Engine. VS Code Copilot handles this deployment process, giving your team a quick way to push content updates from the editor. This replaces the manual step of logging into the Crafter Studio browser interface. To audit your environments, `list_platform_sites` lists all active domains managed by your platform. You can also run `list_studio_users` to verify user access levels and blueprint constraints. This ensures your deployments comply with team policies before going live.
