Connect Culture Amp MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Culture Amp to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate Code with Live Culture Amp Context
This MCP Server exposes `list_employees` and `get_employee_details` directly to Cursor's Agent mode. Your editor runs these tools to pull real employee profiles into your active workspace instead of using mock data. When writing internal scripts, the AI reads the actual schema returned by the server. You do not have to guess field names or look up API documentation while writing your code.
Write Setup Scripts for Culture Amp Surveys
Your editor uses `list_engagement_surveys` and `get_survey_details` to inspect active feedback structures directly from your code files. It checks the live configurations to help you write accurate automation scripts. If you need to build reporting segments, the agent calls `list_demographic_fields` to find the exact metadata tags active in your account. Your code matches your real-world directory structure on the first run.
Sync Directories and Manage Accounts in Cursor
The server invokes `create_employee_record` and `list_cultureamp_accounts` to let your Cursor agent write synchronization scripts. It tests directory changes against your actual sandbox account in real-time. It uses `list_organizational_groups` to map team hierarchies directly into your local database migrations. You get working integration code without leaving your development environment.
