Connect Customer.io MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Customer.io to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline executes your messaging workflows
Tell Cline to look up a specific user with `get_customer_details` and it will fetch the record. You can then decide if they belong in a specific segment. It can also run `list_segment_members` to see who is currently active. Cline takes this data and applies it to your code logic automatically.
Manage newsletters through Cline
Fetch your existing content using `list_newsletters` to verify what is ready to send. Cline pulls the data and lets you review the details in your sidebar. If you need to check scheduled tasks, `list_scheduled_broadcasts` gives you the full report. You control your outreach schedule without opening the web dashboard.
Direct API control for Cline
Use `send_transactional_email` to test your triggers during development. Cline handles the request and returns the status of your message. Verify your setup with `get_connection_status` whenever you change your environment variables. It confirms your integration is live and ready.
