Claude can now push delivery requests directly to Dada's network. You just paste a customer address into the chat interface, and your agent triggers `add_order` to dispatch a driver immediately. Failed requests get picked back up using `readd_order` if a driver drops the route. Store management happens in the same conversation. Opening a new pickup location requires a quick prompt to run `add_shop` with the store details. Updating an address or phone number for an existing station is just as fast with `update_shop`.

You know exactly where the order is without logging into a separate dashboard.

Driver management and tipping

Sometimes a delivery requires post-dispatch adjustments. If a customer wants to reward exceptional service, you tell Claude to run `add_tip` and route extra funds to that specific driver. Mistakes happen too, so `cancel_order` lets you pull the plug on a dispatch before the driver arrives. Dealing with bad service is also handled through this MCP integration.
