How to Use the Deck of Cards MCP in Cursor
Inject live card game logic into your Cursor projects by connecting this MCP Server to your editor agent.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Deck of Cards MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Deck of Cards to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live card state in Cursor
Initialize your game environment using `create_new_deck` directly in your chat. Your agent now references real deck data instead of relying on mock files. Cursor agents can call these tools to verify game logic in real-time. It turns your editor into a testing ground for card-based mechanics.
Manage piles during coding
Use `shuffle_pile` to randomize sets of cards while you build your features. You can see the results instantly in your agent output. This MCP Server provides the exact data structure you need to write your game functions. No more guessing what the card array looks like.
Refactor game logic instantly
Call `draw_from_pile_bottom` or `draw_from_pile_random` to test how your code handles different draw scenarios. It helps you write better logic by providing actual card data. Reset your test environment with `return_to_deck` to run multiple simulations back-to-back. It keeps your development cycle fast and accurate.
