How to Use the Deliveroo MCP in Cursor
Code custom kitchen workflows with live Deliveroo data fed directly into Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Deliveroo MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Deliveroo to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write production code with live Deliveroo data
The `get_order` tool pulls real, active Deliveroo order details directly into your Cursor editor. Your AI agent uses this live payload to generate accurate parser functions instead of relying on outdated API documentation. You do not need to copy-paste JSON examples from a web portal. Just ask Cursor to inspect a live ticket and write the mapping logic for your database.
Test POS injection logic directly in Cursor
The `create_sync_status` tool lets your agent notify Deliveroo of POS injection success during active coding sessions. You write the integration code and test the live endpoint in the same Cursor chat window using this MCP Server. This speeds up debugging. Your agent detects payload mismatches immediately and fixes the TypeScript interfaces on the fly.
Automate order confirmation scripts
The `update_order_status` tool manages the critical ten-minute window for accepting incoming Deliveroo orders. Your Cursor agent can write and run automated test scripts that trigger this tool to confirm orders during development. This ensures your webhook handlers function correctly under pressure. You verify the entire transaction loop over the MCP protocol without leaving your workspace.
