Connect Document360 MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Document360 to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build and update live documentation from code
The `get_article` tool pulls raw markdown from your knowledge base directly into your VS Code editor. Cline reads this content, compares it with your local codebase changes, and prepares the necessary updates. Because Cline operates as an autonomous agent, it writes the updated markdown files, runs any local validation scripts, and shows you the clean diff. You get updated documentation that perfectly matches your latest code commit.
Run structure audits with the Cline MCP Server
The `list_categories` tool exposes your entire documentation layout to your AI agent. Cline uses this to analyze how your articles are organized and spots empty categories or misplaced files. If your folder structure is messy, Cline uses `list_articles` to pull the index of every article in those directories. It then suggests a clean reorganization plan to make your documentation easier to navigate.
Identify dead weight in your documentation
The `analytics` tool retrieves user engagement metrics and search failure logs from your account. Cline analyzes this data to pinpoint which articles are ignored or which search terms return zero results. Armed with these metrics, the agent runs `search` to check if the missing information already exists under different keywords. It then updates those articles to match actual user search behavior.
