Connect DonorsChoose MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect DonorsChoose to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live data injection in Cursor
Feed real classroom project data directly into your editor using `search_classroom_projects`. The AI agent pulls this information to provide context for the code you are writing. Stop relying on static mocks. The agent uses `get_classroom_project_details` to bring live, accurate information into your development environment as you build.
Automated regional funding audits
Run `quick_regional_funding_audit` to get a snapshot of classroom needs in specific areas. The agent processes these summaries to help you build features that react to real-world conditions. This workflow allows for rapid testing against actual platform data. You get immediate feedback on how your code handles live, changing datasets from the field.
Targeted project research
Use `search_projects_by_zipcode` to isolate specific school districts for your application logic. This tool allows your agent to narrow down the noise and focus on regional data points. Pair this with `list_projects_by_subject` to create highly specific data pipelines. Your code remains clean because the agent handles the filtering logic through these specialized tools.
