How to Use the Doodle MCP in Cline
Cline handles your scheduling logistics by talking to the Doodle MCP Server. No manual tracking, just finished meetings.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Doodle MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Doodle to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
End-to-End Scheduling with Cline
Tell Cline to schedule a sync, and it calls `create_poll` to get the ball rolling. It writes the poll details and presents the link, handling the communication overhead for you. Cline monitors progress by calling `get_poll` periodically. It knows exactly when a meeting is ready to be finalized based on the voting data returned.
Precise Participant Tracking
Managing invitees is simple when Cline runs the show. It uses `list_participants` to check the current count and identifies who still needs to respond. If you need to adjust the guest list, `add_participant` and `remove_participant` execute immediately. The agent keeps your meeting roster accurate without manual intervention.
Automated Meeting Finalization
Don't waste time chasing down confirmations. Cline executes `close_poll` to set the final time and notifies you that the slot is confirmed. If you need context on why a specific time was chosen, `get_comments` pulls all discussion history. Cline reads this and gives you the summary in the chat.
