Sync signature requests in VS Code Copilot
Give your entire team visibility into contract status. Use `list_signature_requests` to pull a report of all active documents directly into your shared workspace. Your agent can identify bottlenecks by checking `list_outstanding_signatures`. This keeps everyone on the same page regarding pending approvals.
Audit templates using VS Code Copilot
Ensure consistency across your team's document generation. Use `list_signature_templates` to view all available templates and their configurations. Call `get_template_configuration` to inspect specific field requirements. This ensures your code remains compatible with the latest version of your templates.
Manage account usage in VS Code Copilot
Track your team's signature volume to avoid service interruptions. Use `quick_signature_volume_audit` to see how many requests your account has processed this period. Check your API limits with `get_dropbox_sign_account_metadata`. It helps your team plan deployments without worrying about hitting usage caps.
