Build booking dashboards using Cline and Duffel
The `list_orders` tool retrieves your active flight bookings directly into Cline's VS Code interface. Cline uses this Duffel data to write frontend code, build UI components, and populate live dashboards. Instead of mock data, Cline pulls actual flight statuses from the Duffel API to test your code. This MCP Server gives your Cline workspace production-ready data and writes integration tests against actual `get_order` payloads.
Automated flight search integration in Cline
The `create_offer_request` tool generates real-time flight options that Cline parses directly in VS Code. Cline calls this Duffel tool to verify API responses, then writes the backend parser code to handle flight details. While writing your application, Cline uses `price_offer` to confirm Duffel pricing accuracy. Cline handles the complete search-to-pricing Duffel integration loop without you leaving the editor.
Webhook management for order updates
The `create_webhook` tool registers endpoints so Cline can listen for flight schedule changes. Cline sets up these Duffel webhooks, writes the Express API routes to receive them, and tests the payload parser. Cline then uses `list_webhook_events` to debug incoming Duffel payloads. Cline ensures your application reacts correctly when Duffel carriers modify flight times.
