…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect dYdX (Decentralized Perpetual Exchange API) MCP to Cline

Real-time Market Data in Cline
Cline pulls live L2 orderbook data using `v4_get_orderbook`. It lets you see exactly where the buy and sell walls sit for any active market. You can also query `v4_get_trades` to see recent fills. This gives you a clear view of market momentum without leaving your editor.
Execute Trades with Cline
Instruct Cline to execute `v4_create_order` when specific conditions trigger. It writes the necessary payload and sends it to the protocol. If the market shifts, ask Cline to run `v4_cancel_order` by ID. It keeps your order book clean and your risk managed.
Monitor Your Portfolio
Cline uses `v4_list_positions` to report your current exposure. It updates you on your open trades so you know exactly where you stand. Run `v4_get_account` to verify your collateral and equity. It keeps your account data updated so your agent makes informed decisions.
