Headless safety audits via Claude Code

You live in the terminal, and your compliance checks should too. You trigger a cron job that wakes up your agent to run `quick_safety_health_audit`. It pulls the incident and inspection summaries straight into stdout. If the audit flags a spike in issues, the agent automatically executes `list_latest_incidents` to grab the raw event data. It pipes this output into your logging pipeline or slack integration without you ever opening a browser.

Automate corrective action tracking

Tracking safety fixes shouldn't require logging into a web dashboard. You write a bash script that tells your agent to check the status of pending items. It runs `list_corrective_actions` to pull the progress metrics. When it finds overdue items, it cross-references the site data using `list_site_employees`. The script then automatically generates a text report of who owns what, dropping it directly into your daily DevOps briefing.

Query eCompliance MCP Server from the CLI

When an incident occurs, you need the details fast. You drop a command into your shell, and the agent uses `search_safety_incidents` to find the exact event based on a keyword. It extracts the ID and immediately runs `get_incident_details` to fetch the investigation status. You get the root cause and involved personnel printed right in your terminal, ready to be attached to your incident response tickets.

Common questions about eCompliance MCP in Claude Code

Run `claude mcp add --transport http ecompliance -- ` in your terminal. Make sure all flags come before the server name. The configuration saves directly to your `~/.claude.json` file.
Yes. The MCP integration lets you script the agent to run `get_inspection_details` for specific audit IDs. It pulls the JSON findings, which you can then pipe into `jq` or save to a local file.
Just ask your agent to run `get_ecompliance_metadata`. It will return your API limits and account status, which is useful for checking rate limits before kicking off a massive data pull.
It does. The agent can execute `list_safety_inspections` to grab the full history of site audits. You can run this as a headless task to back up your compliance records locally.
Your agent handles raw incident logs and injury reports entirely within your local shell session. The MCP implementation ensures these sensitive workplace safety records remain confined to your secure terminal environment and are never cached externally.
