Audit text directly in Cursor
The `audit_copy` tool makes your agent evaluate the rhythm and structure of any text block it generates alongside your code. Developers often let the AI write README files or inline documentation that sound completely robotic. This forces a structural check. When you trigger Agent mode, the MCP server hits the tool to map paragraph variance. It counts the words and maps the cadence. If the output reads like a machine wrote it, the server rejects the draft and makes the editor try again.
Identify the weakest line
The `audit_copy` tool requires the AI to locate the most useless sentence in the file and justify its existence. Technical writing is usually bloated. This mechanism acts like a strict editor sitting over your shoulder. It evaluates the draft, finds the fluff, and decides whether to cut or rewrite it. You get tighter documentation without leaving your IDE. Cut the fluff.
Fix generic hooks using an MCP Server
The `audit_copy` tool demands a specific audience definition before it approves an introductory paragraph. Most AI-generated release notes start with boring summaries. That's a dead end for your readers. The server forces the model to name the reader's exact desire. If the hook fails to address that desire, the tool throws an error. Your agent has to rewrite the opening until it passes the test.
