Connect ElevenLabs MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect ElevenLabs to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build Voice-Enabled Components
Cline can now use the `text_to_speech` tool to generate audio right from your IDE. Ask it to build a component that turns article text into a spoken-word version. Cline will write the code, call the tool, and handle the audio metadata. It's not just a code snippet; it's a working feature. Cline can also use `list_models` to fetch available speech models and write logic to switch between them based on your application's needs.
The Cline MCP Server for ElevenLabs
Give your autonomous agent the tools to manage your audio assets. Cline can use `list_voices` and `get_voice` to fetch voice profiles and embed them into your application's front end. It can also check on past audio jobs. Just ask Cline to `list_history` to see what's been generated or get details on a specific file with `get_history_item`. It brings your asset management into your editor.
Code That Knows Its Limits
Build smarter applications that are aware of their own operational costs. Cline can use `get_subscription` to check your current ElevenLabs plan and character usage. You can ask it to write functions that throttle API calls or switch to a lower-cost voice model when your character quota is running low. This makes for more resilient and cost-effective code.
