How to Use the Envoy MCP in Windsurf
Control your office logistics inside Windsurf. Let Cascade handle desk bookings and visitor logs without leaving your editor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Envoy MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Envoy to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomous office scheduling in Windsurf
Cascade takes your high-level goals and translates them into specific API calls. You tell the agent you need a desk for the week, and it uses `list_desks` and `reserve_desk` to secure your spot. It handles the logic of checking availability first. You get a confirmation in the chat once the reservation is set.
Real-time workplace visibility
Keep tabs on who is in the office and how full it is. Windsurf queries `get_employee_signins` and `get_capacity` to show you the current floor status. This MCP Server provides the raw data you need to decide if today is a good day for head-down work or if the office is packed.
Manage guest access workflows
Pre-registering guests takes seconds with this integration. You provide the name and time, and the agent triggers `pre_register_visitor` to put them on the building list. You can also check upcoming arrivals with `list_visitors` to see who else is expected at the front desk.
