Headless Epic Fhir data pipelines

Claude Code runs in your terminal to process large volumes of patient records. It uses `search_patients` and `get_patient` to automate demographic audits in your CI/CD flow. This allows you to pipe output directly into other scripts. You can build automated reports that pull from `list_conditions` without ever opening a browser.

Scripted clinical observation audits

Use Claude Code to execute `list_observations` across your patient population. It filters results by category to isolate specific lab values for your backend analysis. It handles the structured FHIR data efficiently. You can chain this with `list_diagnostic_reports` to generate CSVs or logs for further medical review.

Immunization and encounter tracking

Claude Code manages vaccination records by calling `list_immunizations`. It tracks lot numbers and administration dates for your internal audit logs. It also queries `list_encounters` to maintain a log of patient visits. This setup provides a reliable way to monitor clinic activity through the command line.
