Cline executes patent search tasks

Stop manually finding prior art. Tell Cline to search for specific technologies, and it calls `search_epo_patents` to pull relevant records straight into your workspace. It doesn't just read the data. Cline can create new files or update your existing docs with the findings, making the information usable immediately.

Fetch bibliographic and legal data

Point Cline at a document ID to get the full metadata via `get_patent_bibliographic`. It reads the output and prepares it for your review. When you need to know if a patent is still valid, Cline triggers `get_patent_legal_status`. It then reports the standing of the record without you needing to visit the EPO site.

Validate your pipeline connectivity

Cline needs to know the service is up before starting a task. Use `check_api_status` to confirm the endpoint is responding to requests. This prevents errors in your automated scripts. If the service is down, Cline stops the task before attempting to pull data.
