Run Headless Ticketing Audits from the CLI
The `list_orders` tool outputs transaction records directly to your terminal for fast auditing. Run a quick query to list your active lineup with `list_events`, or pipe the output of your orders into terminal utilities for instant parsing. This terminal-first approach lets you check inventory levels without loading heavy web pages. SREs and backend developers can monitor ticket sales volumes during high-traffic on-sale windows right from the command line.
Automate Terminal-Based Ticket Dispatch
The `resend_order_confirmation` tool triggers instant email delivery to ticket buyers from your shell. If a customer at the box office claims they did not get their booking email, query their details using `get_order`. Once you locate the record, fire off the confirmation resend directly from your prompt. The server handles the mail delivery instantly, keeping your check-in line moving.
Script Event Deployments with this MCP Server
The `create_venue` tool registers physical locations through simple command-line prompts. Spin up entire event templates using this MCP toolset directly from your shell without manual database entries. After the main event is live, the agent runs `create_ticket` to attach pricing structures. You can verify the entire deployment by running `get_event` to print the fresh API payload to your terminal.
