Debug Notifications in VS Code
Your agent tracks down failed alerts by executing `get_notification_detailed_status` and `list_critical_notifications`. When an on-call engineer misses a page, you can ask Copilot to pull the exact delivery statistics and find out why. You do this directly in your editor while reviewing the alerting code. The agent runs a `quick_crisis_event_audit` to give you a high-level summary of recent broadcast attempts, helping you spot API integration issues fast.
Map Out Escalation Groups
This MCP Server fetches your organization's exact routing paths using `list_contact_distribution_groups` and `list_critical_contacts`. You can review who gets paged for a specific service directly in your Copilot chat. If you need to verify a specific user's endpoints, the agent calls `get_contact_profile_and_methods`. It shows you exactly which phone numbers and emails are registered, helping you debug routing logic without opening a browser.
Analyze Incident Timelines
Copilot pulls historical and active event data via `list_critical_incidents` and `get_incident_detailed_data`. You get the exact timestamps and severity levels injected into your chat while writing post-mortem reports. You can focus solely on major outages. Running `list_high_severity_incidents` filters the noise, while `get_everbridge_org_metadata` ensures you understand your API limits before running massive data pulls.
