Connect Favqs MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Favqs to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate real quote data inside Cursor
Cursor uses `get_qotd` to pull the live quote of the day directly into your test suites or UI mockups. You don't have to write dummy lorem ipsum text when you can populate your database with real content. If you need a specific entry, the editor calls `get_quote` with the target ID. The agent inserts actual JSON payloads into your files, making your mock data match production reality.
Build custom quote feeds using the Cursor MCP Server
Developers can test their feed UI by pulling live data using `get_activity` inside the Cursor Composer. This lets you inspect the exact structure of the Favqs social feed before writing your parsing logic. You can also run `get_following` to check how user relationships map to your local database schemas. It makes debugging API integrations fast and predictable.
Authenticate and test user flows in Cursor
Use `create_session` inside the Cursor chat to generate a test token for your current development session. You can verify how your application handles authenticated API requests without leaving the editor. The agent runs `upvote_quote` or `downvote_quote` to test how voting states update in real-time. It eliminates the need to jump back and forth between your code and Postman.
