Connect FCC Broadcaster MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect FCC Broadcaster to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write media code with real FM station data
The `get_fm_station_details` tool pulls active FM radio operational parameters directly into your Cursor editor. When you write media processing applications, your agent calls this tool to inject real call sign data instead of static mock files. This integration lets Cursor write, test, and debug code with actual broadcast frequencies and facility data. You build your application faster because your editor has real-time context from the FCC database.
Build TV station features using this MCP Server
The `get_tv_station_details` tool fetches public television licensing records directly from Cursor. When you build database schemas or API endpoints, your editor queries the live FCC registry to verify your data models match actual broadcast structures. You configure the server globally or per-project using a simple JSON file in your workspace. Cursor uses this connection to fetch transmitter details, community of license, and signal specs while you write code.
Validate broadcast call signs during development
This MCP Server allows your agent to verify US broadcast stations directly within your coding workspace. You do not need to write custom scraper scripts or API wrappers just to test your application's data validation logic. Cursor calls the server directly to verify if a call sign is active. This direct connection speeds up your development loop by replacing manual database lookups with automated tool execution.
