Build live recruitment dashboards with Cline
The `list_candidates` tool feeds live CRM data directly to Cline so it can build local React or Vue tracking boards on the fly. You don't have to copy-paste candidate profiles into your code anymore. Cline uses this data along with `list_placements` to render real-time pipeline charts inside your editor. It writes the components, styles them, and hooks up the real API endpoints without manual coding.
Automate candidate sourcing via Cline MCP Server
The `create_candidate` tool allows Cline to parse raw resumes from your workspace and inject them straight into your CRM. You can point Cline to a folder of PDFs and let it handle the extraction and creation. After creation, Cline runs `get_candidate` to verify that all custom fields and contact details were mapped correctly. This removes the manual data entry bottleneck from your daily sourcing loop.
Fetch company and contact details instantly
The `get_company` tool retrieves organization structures and hiring histories directly into your active VS Code workspace. Cline uses this context to draft highly personalized client communications using this custom MCP connection. When you need to reach out, Cline calls `get_contact` to pull email addresses and phone numbers. You get immediate access to key decision-makers without opening a browser tab.
